"Phil and Zellie have been consummate "customer focused" professionals in my process of changing insurance companies, for a new set of bundled policies, that started about a month ago. Zellie took the hand-off from Phil and "apples to apples" saved me over $2,000 yearly on my bundled policies, and further refined my policies, with minor additional insurance coverage risk to my wife and myself, and ended up saving me over $2,500. During this process Zellie answered all my questions in a timely fashion, offered independent ideas on how to best structure my policies, and used her market and rebuild cost experiences to help set policy coverage limits. She even went out of her way to get necessary papers signed, and to pick up my premium checks, to help assure my policies would become bound and effective by March 29. Thank you Zellie!!! "When Progressive unexpectedly dropped us, we contacted our trusted Realtor, Tiffany Carroll for help.
